ORLANDO, Fla.--()--The fourth annual BLACK ENTERPRISE Women of Power Summit will conclude on Saturday Feb. 14. The four-day conference, which attracted nearly 700 of corporate America’s most prominent minority women, C-level decision makers, mid- to senior-level managers, and aspiring professionals, offers a unique opportunity for closed-door access to America’s highest-level executives and career counselors. Since its inception in 2006, the signature event for women of color in business has examined the unique and often stifling workplace challenges faced by minority women.

Featured presenter: Freda Bass, Upstream Treasurer, ExxonMobil Corporation Bass’ thirty-year career with ExxonMobil has been spent predominantly in the finance and strategic planning functions of a variety of business segments including domestic and foreign oil and gas operations, frontier area oil exploration, chemicals, coal and minerals. Her current responsibilities include financing and oversight of the exploration, development, production, and gas and power marketing activities. She has also served on the board of the ExxonMobil Foundation.
