NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Best Vinyl Acquisition Corporation (“Best Vinyl”), a portfolio company of Marwit Capital Partners II, L.P. (“MCP II”), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Saddleback Vinyl Products, Inc. (“Saddleback Vinyl”) of Santa Ana, California. Saddleback Vinyl is one of the largest installers of vinyl fence and related vinyl products in Southern California. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Best Vinyl is the largest independently owned vinyl fence installation and distribution company in the Western U.S. The Company currently has operating locations in Utah, Idaho, Hawaii and Southern California. The Company’s products and services are supplied to diversified markets including residential, commercial, military/government and wholesale distribution customers throughout the Western U.S.
