Lagan, a provider of solutions dedicated to streamlining the delivery of public services to constituents, today announced it has acquired Peter Martin Associates (PMA), a leader in the development of human services software since 1988.
Peter Martin Associates was the first to offer commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) collaborative case management and eligibility screening solutions specifically tailored to the needs of human services agencies. PMA's software portfolio includes HelpWorks, which provides eligibility screening, information and referral and online benefit applications, and FACTORS, a collaborative case management solution that supports individual and family service tracking and long-term client outcome management.
