Ojom will gain access to Reaxion's Gamarama platform that facilitates multiplayer and community gaming for mobile games, including online leader boards that allow players to compete with each other worldwide. The combined technology allows for the development of games that are more connected and interactive for players.

"Our technology assets are very synergistic and will enhance both companies' ability to produce games that support a wide range of handset and platforms globally, with more potential for real-time multiplayer functionality," said Thomas Brokhage, general manager at Ojom. "Like Ojom, Reaxion is a pioneer and an innovator in the mobile games space and with their expertise in 2D, 3D and multiplayer game development and their extensive carrier network, they are the right partner to rollout our branded titles in North America."
