Nellymoser Names Digital Music Pioneer Dick Wingate to the Position of President, Media Development and Chief Content Officer; Wingate Brings Extensive Experience in Content Licensing and Mobile Music

Wingate's more than three decades of experience in the music and interactive media industries serves as an ideal foundation for overseeing Nellymoser's content, licensing and business development strategies. As president, media development, Wingate will focus on business development with major media companies and the extension of their brands by utilizing ASAO, Nellymoser's mobile platform. As chief content officer, he will also be responsible for direct licensing of content for Nellymoser and for building relationships with content aggregators.

Most recently, Wingate was president of content and programming for Digital Transactions Machines, Inc., an interactive systems provider for in-store delivery of digital products and services for clients including McDonald's Corp., and 7-Eleven Stores. Previously, Wingate helped pioneer the digital music business during his years as senior vice president, content development, at Liquid Audio, Inc. He played an integral role in bringing the company public in 1999. His in-depth experience in the music and recording industry includes senior positions for companies such as BMG Entertainment, Arista, PolyGram, Epic and Columbia Records. For the past two years, Wingate has served on Nellymoser's Advisory Board.

Wingate remains an advisory board member of Digital Transaction Machines and of Agnostic media, a software platform technology company.
