)--May 13, 2005--Viet Nam Veterans of Diablo Valley (VNVDV) cordially invite the entire community to attend the 14th annual Memorial Day Ceremony plus the official dedication of the newly constructed "All Wars Memorial" on Monday, May 30th at Oak Hill Park in Danville. The program will begin at 10:30 a.m. SHARP, and will feature a concert of patriotic musical selections by the U.S. Air National Guard's "Band of The West," the presentation of Colors, a musical salute to our Armed Forces, plus remarks by Guest of Honor and Key Speaker, Medal of Honor recipient SGM Jon Cavaiani, U.S. Army (Ret) . Additional speakers will consist of David Behring and Major General Dan Helix, U.S. Army (Retired) both representing the ALL WARS MEMORIAL FOUNDATION, plus Town of Danville Mayor Mike Doyle. Oak Hill Park is located at 3005 Stone Valley Road, approximately 3 miles east of Hwy 680. Parking will be available next door to the park in Monte Vista High School's lot. Seating is limited! So please bring your own chairs, plus food, drinks, and/or blankets.

Oak Hill Park is the site of the completed All Wars Memorial, a community project sponsored by the Viet Nam Veterans of Diablo Valley and the All Wars Memorial Foundation. The memorial is dedicated to all those who have served, are currently serving, or will serve our country in the future.
