More than 35 judges reviewed each of the more than 200 sites that were nominated this year and based on those scores, 61 finalists were named. A separate panel of esteemed judges, provided by TechCoire and the American Marketing Association Sacramento Valley, then selected the winner in each category.
The selected judges are independent industry experts with substantial expertise in their given fields. They brought their creative spirit and vast experience to the challenging task of choosing the Dottie Award winners.
