Nosbusch began his career in 1974 when he joined Allen-Bradley (acquired by Rockwell in 1985) as an application engineer. He was promoted to increasingly responsible positions leading to his appointment as president of Rockwell Automation Control Systems in November 1998 and to president and CEO this past February. Nosbusch earned a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition to Rockwell Automation, Nosbusch serves as a director of the Manitowoc Company, Inc. and on the board of numerous industry and civic organizations.
Davis joined Allen-Bradley in 1963 as an engineering sales trainee. He moved up through the sales and marketing ranks and was named president of Allen-Bradley in 1989 and president of Rockwell International in 1996, CEO in 1997 and chairman in 1998. Davis sits on numerous educational, civic and corporate boards, and has received dozens of awards of distinction.
