Astyra Corporation, a market leader in providing technology integration and outsourcing solutions, today announced the appointment of Dana Love as President of the company. Love, formerly the executive vice president of sales and marketing for Prosodie Interactive (PARIS: PSOE.LN), will lead the marketing, sales and internal operations for the organization.

Earlier in his career, Love held the office of Vice President and General Manager of ADC's (NASDAQ: ADCT) $101 million Enhanced Services Division, the second largest global provider of voicemail equipment to carriers. In that role, Dana directed sales of equipment, marketing support and professional services to 140 carriers in 45 countries who provided voicemail services to more than 15,000,000 people. He has also led the technology effort for startup companies, including his role as co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Metacloud Communications, a Virginia-based startup that raised $150 million in vendor financing from Cisco Systems before being acquired in 2001. As GTE's (NASDAQ: GENU) Principal Investigator for IP Communications, Love served as the senior technologist involving IP telephony and new generation telecommunications services for GTE senior and executive staff. While at GTE, Dana focused his attention in the areas of VoIP/IP Telecom, IP Security (IPSec), IP version 6 (IPv6), large network design and the mathematical modeling of telephone quality communications on non-deterministic networks. He serves on the Advisory Board of Sonim Technologies, a venture backed wireless startup in California.
