First-Ever Science Fiction Novela for Children to Debut On Univision Network Sat. Oct 25, 8:30 AM

MIAMI--()--Oct. 15, 2003--Univision Network debuts "Aventuras en el Tiempo" ("Adventures in Time") the first-ever science fiction novela that takes a group of youngsters on an unforgettable journey through time. Premiering on October 25, this entertaining and educational children's program will air on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30-10am ET/PT (7:30-9am Central/Mountain).

Starring celebrated Maribel Guardia as "Flor," this novela is an unforgettable story that takes place during an emotional and adventure filled summer where five very clever children take trips in time to very distant places. Especially created for pre-teens, this novela demonstrates the strength and power that exists when friends care about and support each other.

When friends make a startling discovery in a forgotten basement, an old contraption that turns out to be a time machine, they travel to the past to right a wrong that could have terrible consequences in the present. Resulting in the greatest adventure of their lives, their journeys take them to different periods in time where they meet notable people that educate them about historical events that have molded the world today.

"Aventuras en el Tiempo" will air only on Univision, America's most-watched Spanish-language TV network, on weekends from 8:30-10am ET/PT (7:30-9am Central/Mountain).
