NEWS BRIEF - Payment Assurance Now Part of TransCore’s 3sixty Freight Match Load Board: Up to $1,000 for Non-Paying Truck Loads

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As the recession continues, carriers’ and truck brokers’ cash flow issues can be alleviated or exacerbated depending on whether a broker pays early, on time, or not at all. TransCore’s 3sixty Freight Match Power and Select load board packages powered by the DAT Network include a truckload Payment Assurance feature ensuring that carriers receive compensation. TransCore is the only provider of freight matching or load board services to offer a payment guarantee of any kind.

The Payment Assurance process begins 60 days after a carrier registers a load with TransCore’s 3sixty Freight Match Power or Select load board packages. If the carrier has not been paid within 60 days, TransCore helps with conflict resolution. If the carrier has not been paid after 120 days, TransCore will issue a credit for up to $1,000.

Carriers can register an unlimited number of loads for Payment Assurance simply by selecting the “Assure It” button within the appropriate 3sixty Freight Match product.
