Sugar Land Commercial Broker Sees Signs of the Recession Easing As Retailers Secure Space
SUGAR LAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Positive signs of the economic recovery seem to have touched the Fort Bend County area as Weaver, Davis & Jacob (WDJ) Realty Group, a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in mixed-use property development, announced today it had closed more than 27,000 square feet in lease space in September and October alone.
“After months of little or no leasing activity in the market, I think we’re seeing tangible signs of recovery in the retail sector of commercial real estate,” said G.
