Pacer International Slates 4th Quarter and Year 2005 Conference Call and Audio Web Cast for February 8

CONCORD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2006--Pacer International, Inc. (Nasdaq:PACR), the North America logistics and transportation provider, will hold a live conference call and audio-only Web cast for investors, analysts, business and trade media and other interested parties at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, Feb. 8, to discuss its fourth quarter and full-year 2005 results.
