Kelly, Anderson & Associates Hires Top Government Players as President and Principal of Human Capital Services

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kelly, Anderson & Associates, Inc. (Kelly, Anderson) – a leading strategic management and business development consulting firm and government services provider – announces the recent appointment of Timothy G. Vigotsky as the President of the firm. Tim will have responsibility and oversight for all operational aspects of the company, including both its government and commercial divisions. Additionally, he will lead strategic planning, business development and communication efforts for Kelly, Anderson.

Tim brings 25 years of Federal service and five years of commercial sector experience to Kelly, Anderson. He began his Federal career with the Department of the Interior’s U.S. Geological Survey in 1979. He rose through the management ranks before joining the Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) in 1989 as the Chief of their Procurement Division. He was promoted to the Senior Executive Service in 1991 as the BEP’s Associate Director for Management, overseeing procurement, security/law enforcement, human resources, inventory management and management analysis offices. In 1997, Mr. Vigotsky returned to Interior as the first Director of the Department’s National Business Center (NBC). Tim grew the NBC from a $20 million per year operation to over a billion dollar annual operation upon his retirement from Federal service in 2004.

Diane joins Kelly, Anderson after a 30-year career in the Federal government, where she served as a Deputy Associate Director at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and as a Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Department of Energy.
