BERLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At this year’s Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA), held August 29 to September 3 in Berlin, Dolby Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE:DLB) is announcing implementations of its technologies in new products from leading manufacturers.
“At IFA we’ll be demonstrating momentum for our technologies across a range of different platforms and devices in broadcast, consumer electronics, PC, gaming, and mobile sectors.”
“We are excited to continue to work with some of the leading consumer electronics manufacturers, and announce fantastic products with Dolby® technologies,” said Robin Dyer, Vice President, EMEA, Dolby Laboratories. “At IFA we’ll be demonstrating momentum for our technologies across a range of different platforms and devices in broadcast, consumer electronics, PC, gaming, and mobile sectors.”
Dolby Volume
The first global availability of the unique Dolby Volume audio processing technology will feature in two new high-end audio/video receivers from Harman Kardon. Dolby is also displaying the first implementation of Dolby Volume on a television with Toshiba’s new Regza® ZH500 and ZV500 series LCD HDTVs, which were launched in Japan earlier in the year.
Get Into the Game
Launching at IFA, the GameComTM 777 gaming headset from Plantronics includes Dolby Headphone virtual surround sound technology to create a realistic, cinematic game-play experience for PC games offline or online, giving players a competitive advantage.
New TV Products
