Documents Submitted to FDA in Advance of Oct. 22 Meeting
COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oxygen Biotherapeutics, Inc. (OTCBB:OXBO) today announced that company chairman and CEO Chris J. Stern and CFO Charles Seeman will present at the Wall Street Analyst Forum Analyst Conference in New York on November 18, 2008 at 11:10 a.m. eastern time. The presentation will be webcast live and a replay will be available following the event on the company’s website. Webcast login information will be provided on the website prior to the presentation.
The company also announced that it has submitted an extensive document package about Oxycyte® to the FDA in advance of a meeting with the agency on Oct. 22. “I’m looking forward to this meeting as an opportunity to resolve any remaining issues and concerns the FDA may have for our Phase IIb trial for Oxycyte in traumatic brain injury,” said company chairman and CEO Chris J.
