EventTrak is part of Business Wire’s suite of trade show services, which serves more than 600 trade shows, conferences and events each year.

Pre-Show Report

The EventTrak pre-show report, available up to two months prior to a trade show, provides you with a listing of authors, publications and blogs that wrote about last year’s show, complete with author contact information. You have direct access to the full text articles and the ability to search within the results for keywords pertinent to your target market. For future reference, you have the ability to download the contacts into an Excel file.

A function called “Hot Themes” allows you to view the market niches within the show that were written about the most frequently. Business Wire will work with show management to identify these areas.

Post-Show Report

The EventTrak post-show report, available two weeks after a show ends, provides you with all of the data featured in the pre-show report and all of the articles written during and immediately after the show ends.
