(AUXO.OB), the pioneer in Managed Print Services (MPS) for the health care industry, announces a five-year contract worth over $40 million with Catholic Health East (CHE) to implement its MPS strategy in 19 hospitals, three long-term care facilities and a multitude of clinical and administrative entities in 11 states from Maine to Florida. CHE is based in Newtown Square, Pa., and is a multi-institutional Catholic health care network of 18 regional health corporations located along the eastern seaboard of the U.S. and employs approximately 54,000 full-time employees.

The contract is the largest in AUXILIO’s history and signifies the distinguished leadership position the company has earned in the U.S. health care industry through its unique vendor neutral print management services and solutions methodology and expert approach for cutting costs by improving operational efficiencies in the process of document production and information sharing in modern hospitals.

AUXILIO will customize a print strategy program for CHE facilities and provide full-time, on-site print management experts and technical personnel to drive operational efficiencies and lead sustainability initiatives. The company will also assist the CHE hospitals’ IT departments to help prepare the print infrastructures for electronic health records (EHR) compliance and implementation. CHE savings are estimated to be approximately $12 million over the five-year term.
