Wilson Electronics Newest Cell Phone Signal Booster - The Sleek - Now Available in Stores and Online

Powerful Universal Signal Booster Extends Calling Range and Signal Strength on Any North American Wireless Network*

ST. GEORGE, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wilson Electronics (www.WilsonElectronics.com), manufacturer of North America’s top-selling line of cell phone signal boosters, today announced the availability of the Sleek, the company’s newest all-in-one signal booster.

“The Sleek also has so many applications such as amplifying the signal for a Mifi device or cell phone. Users will definitely enjoy the simplicity involved in getting a much better reception.”

The Sleek will extend the calling range and signal strength of any phone on any North American cell service provider’s network (*Except Nextel/iDEN). This means fewer disconnects, dropped calls, and no-service “dead zones,” and faster data transfer rates on 3G networks.

“The Sleek is a huge advancement for the company in our efforts to provide an affordable solution to cellular signal boosting, as it can reach such a broad audience of users,” said Joe Banos, COO for Wilson Electronics. “The Sleek also has so many applications such as amplifying the signal for a Mifi device or cell phone. Users will definitely enjoy the simplicity involved in getting a much better reception.”

John Gordon of Practical Travel Gear had this to say about the Sleek, “Simply put, the Sleek works. And it works well. It can (and did) increase a cell phone’s received and transmitted signals by 10 to 20 times. That can mean the difference between a mediocre signal and a very strong signal, which means fewer dropped calls. Or if a phone shows no signal, the Sleek may be able to provide enough of a boost to actually make calls.”

The affordable and high performance Sleek is priced at half the cost of comparable signal boosters, and still delivers as much as 10 times more power than competitive products. Designed for use in a vehicle, or with an optional accessory package in the home or office, the Sleek is now available for purchase at Amazon.com and other electronics retailers with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $129.95. Ideal for use with a Bluetooth headset or other hands-free device, it provides the user everything needed for simple do-it-yourself installation.

“We have never before had as much excitement or anticipation about a new product,” Banos said. “We’ve taken more pre-orders for the Sleek than for all other new product releases combined.”
