Richard Mohr joins the company as senior vice president and chief financial officer, Sean Arend as general counsel, and Billy Crotty as senior vice president of engineering and operations. The new executives, along with several other new employees, are a testament to the growth in the wire-free technology space, and increasing demand for environmentally sustainable technologies such as PureEnergy’s rechargeable alkaline batteries.

Richard Mohr was previously with Intermap Technologies, where he held the roles of senior vice president, CFO and secretary over a seven-year span. There, he was responsible for all matters related to finance, investor relations, accounting, legal, securities compliance, human resources, IT, corporate governance, and administration of the publicly traded Canadian company. Sean Arend joins PureEnergy from his position as senior corporate counsel with Vail Resorts. In his position there, he oversaw all aspects of corporate governance, corporate structuring, financing, and M&A. Billy Crotty was formerly the senior vice president of supply chain management for Superior Communications where he helped grow the supplier base, expand the product line, and lower costs both in the US and internationally.
