Utica National Turns to UGL Unicco for Green Cleaning

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UGL Unicco, a subsidiary of UGL Limited (ASX:UGL), today announced that it has been selected by Utica National Insurance Group to provide custodial services for the company’s headquarters, east regional office and archives warehouse, all in the Utica, N.Y. area.

UGL Unicco was awarded the three-year contract due to its leadership in providing sustainable facilities services. It is implementing its UGL Unicco GreenClean® program, replacing traditional, petroleum-based cleaners and solvents with Green Seal-certified sustainable cleaning solutions. UGL Unicco also immediately replaced all of the cleaning equipment with updated equipment, such as high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA)-certified vacuum cleaners.
