Bank BPH presents below the notification received from BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.

Pursuant to Art. 69 sec. 2 pt 1 a) in relation to Art. 87 sec. 1 pt 2 a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies dated July 29, 2005 (Journal of Laws No. 184 item 1539) BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Spółka Akcyjna acting on behalf of Arka BZ WBK Akcji Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Arka BZ WBK Rozwoju Nowej Europy Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Arka BZ WBK Akcji Środkowej i Wschodniej Europy Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Arka BZ WBK Akcji Środkowej i Wschodniej Europy Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty, Arka BZ WBK Stabilnego Wzrostu Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Arka BZ WBK Zrównoważony Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty and Lukas Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty (“Funds”) announces that, as a result of share purchases on November 17, 2009, mentioned Funds became owners of additional shares representing more than 2% of votes at the Bank BPH General Meeting. Previously Funds had notified about the possession of 10.10% of the total number of votes at the Bank’s General Meeting

Prior to the abovementioned increase, on Funds’ accounts there were booked 3,472,999 company shares, constituting 12.09% of initial equity. This entitled them to 3,472,999 votes at the general meeting and constituted 12.09% of total votes at the general meeting of Bank BPH SA.

On November 17, 2009 on Funds’ accounts there were evidenced 3,480,683 shares, constituting 12.12% of initial equity. This entitled them to 3,480,683 votes and constituted 12.12% of total votes at the general meeting of Bank BPH SA.

Moreover, BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA announces that, by virtue of Art. 46 sec. 1 pt 1) of the Act on investment funds dated May 27, 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 146 item 1546), it commissioned BZ WBK AIB Asset Management Spółka Akcyjna with its seat in Poznan to manage investment portfolios of Funds. In connection with the above, BZ WBK AIB Asset Management SA is obliged to disclose information on share purchases, what is a subject of the notification.
