Notice of Early Redemption of EUR 100 Million Bond in Unibet Group plc

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Unibet Group plc (the ”Company”) hereby notifies all holders of the Company’s maximum EUR 100,000,000 9.70% Bonds 2007/2010, Series No. 1 (ISIN: SE0002275990) (the ”Bonds”), that the Company has decided to redeem all of the outstanding Bonds early in accordance with Condition 9 of the terms and conditions for the Bonds.

The early redemption will occur on Tuesday 22 December 2009 and the record date in respect of the early redemption will be Tuesday 15 December 2009. Pursuant to the terms and conditions for the Bonds the amount payable on early redemption will be EUR 1,010 per Bond with a nominal value of EUR 1,000. The annual interest payment will be paid on 21 December 2009 and in addition the Company will pay an interest amount of EUR 0.27 per Bond for the period from 21 December 2009 up to and including 22 December 2009.

The Bonds will be delisted from NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm Retail Bond List (short name UNIO 1 RTL) before the record date in accordance with the standard procedures of the regulated market.

The Company’s notice of early redemption is irrevocable and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. This notice constitutes a notice pursuant to terms and conditions for the relevant financial instruments and it does not constitute an offer to purchase or sell the relevant financial instruments.
