SA Funds Posts Preliminary Income and Capital Gains Distribution Estimates

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, SA Funds posted preliminary year-end distribution estimates at www.SA-Funds.net. This information is provided solely as a service to shareholders who may be considering additional fund purchases, redemptions and/or year-end tax planning.

Distributions and record dates are anticipated to be December 16 for the record date, December 17 for the ex-date and December 18 for the payable date.

Distributions are paid to all shareholders owning shares on the record date of the distributions, regardless of how long the shares have been owned. The price of the shares of a fund is reduced by the amount of the distribution paid out. Please note that these are preliminary year-end distribution estimates per share, which were prepared using income and capital gain estimates as of October 31, 2009.
