Watkins will lead business development for Fulcrum's Financial Services group, bringing over twenty years' experience in using database marketing to create actionable insights. Watkins was vice president at ChoicePoint Precision Marketing, where he led the database solutions group that supported three of the top ten consumer banks in North America. Most recently, Watkins successfully managed the transition of ChoicePoint’s database business to Acxiom.

Watkins has deep experience in crafting business and marketing solutions for a variety of industries, including: financial services, telecommunications, energy, and cable with a focus on database-driven integrated marketing. His background includes positions with advertising agencies as well as client-side experience. Focused on solving complex business problems with relevant and extensible marketing solutions, he has provided strategic thought leadership for some of the largest and most successful financial services companies in North America.
