Panoptic Security Names Patsy Barnes Vice President of Sales

DRAPER, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Panoptic Security (www.panopticsecurity.com), a leading-provider of online PCI compliance solutions, today announced it has named Patsy Barnes as vice president of sales. Barnes will be responsible for increasing revenue, growing the sales organization and further developing the company’s business development.

Having worked with large financial institutions in the past including American Express, Wells Fargo and Bank of America, Barnes will leverage her insights into the financial services to develop relationships with merchant service providers, ISOs, credit card processors and acquiring banks. With more than 20 years of corporate sales experience and eight years as a business owner of an information management company, Barnes’ senior leadership experience will be instrumental in increasing Panoptic’s sales channel and growing the sales organization.

Barnes comes to Panoptic Security with a strong management and sales background in the financial services and automated billing industry. After many years working with global corporations, Patsy formed UtiliTec Communications, which provided billing solutions for the utility and telecommunications industries. Barnes built the company from the ground up and ran the day-to-day operations as majority owner and CEO. Under Barnes’ leadership, the company was positioned for acquisition and sold to a large industry leader to complement their product family. Since then Patsy has continued to consult for the acquiring company directing the development of their new production site, support program and sales team.
