BVC Managing Member CEO, Robert Colangelo has appointed William Heins as Senior Managing Director of Interest Rate Derivatives. Heins is responsible for execution of exchange cleared interest rate derivatives. Prior to BVC, Heins was manager of swaps and options at Tullett Prebon. His extensive experiences with IRS executions were cultivated through his tenure with ICAP, Rafferty Capital Markets, BGC, Seaboard, Tradition N.A. and Tullett Prebon.
