National Asset Direct Appoints William Mueller as Chief Executive Officer of iServe Real Estate Operations

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--National Asset Direct, Inc. (“NAD”), a service provider to purchasers of performing and distressed residential mortgage loans and assets, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, iServe Real Estate Operations Inc. (“iServe REO”), has appointed William (“Bill”) Mueller as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Mueller joins iServe REO from National Default Servicing (“NDS”), where he served as Vice President of REO. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing NDS’ REO portfolio and staff, working with existing clients and executive management teams to strengthen existing relationships and to build NDS accounts on the basis of performance delivered. Previously, Mr. Mueller held a management position with Coldwell Banker REO where he set up their west coast office and managed a staff of REO specialists, while directing the asset management and disposition of Coldwell Bankers REO’s largest client portfolio.
