CLARCOR Announces 8.3% Dividend Increase and Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

FRANKLIN, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The CLARCOR Inc. (NYSE:CLC) Board of Directors at the September 30, 2009 board meeting declared an increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.09 per share to $0.0975 per share. This increase raises the annual rate from $0.36 per share to $0.39 per share, an 8.3% increase and the 26^th consecutive annual increase. The dividend is payable October 23, 2009 to shareholders of record October 9, 2009.
