Lean Management Training for Change Agents from the Lean Enterprise Institute
CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lean change agents and thought leaders will gather Aug. 25-27 in Detroit at the Change Agent Symposium to hone their skills in culture change, overcoming resistance, A3 management, value-stream mapping, and many other courses essential to successful lean transformations in manufacturing, service, and healthcare companies.
Besides workshops on technical tools and management, attendees will get practical advice each day from special luncheon speakers:
- Aug. 25: Jim Womack, LEI founder and chairman, co-author of The Machine That Changed the World, Lean Thinking, Seeing the Whole, and Lean Solutions.
- Aug. 26: Mike Hoseus, executive director, Center for Quality People & Organizations, co-author of Toyota Culture.
