Mass Technology Leadership Council Announces First Group of Finalists for the 2009 Technology Leadership Awards
BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Mass Technology Leadership Council, Inc. has announced the first group of finalists of the Council’s annual Technology Leadership Awards. Honoring Massachusetts companies and individuals who best exemplify leadership and excellence in business and technology, the Technology Leadership Awards recognize outstanding achievement in both the development and deployment of technologies.
The first group of Finalists for the Awards program, announced on June 25, 2009, were in the following categories: Private Sector Company; Public Sector Organization; CEO; Innovator; and CIO of the year.

More than 160 submissions were received during the open nomination process. Council Trustees, local thought leaders and media were involved with the selection process. The winners will be announced at the Fall Awards Gala, Thursday, November 5 at the Copley Marriott.
