Mercanti Welcomes Todd Bomberg to Its Los Angeles Office

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Mercanti Group announces that Todd Bomberg will lead the firm’s CleanTech practice group in Mercanti’s Los Angeles office. Todd joins Mercanti from Moelis & Co. where he was a Senior Vice President in Mergers and Acquisitions.

“I have known Todd for nearly 13 years and worked with him extensively during our years together at DLJ and Credit Suisse. Todd brings with him significant corporate finance and M&A experience and has wide-ranging expertise in the growing CleanTech industry and we are fortunate to have him join the Mercanti team,” said Jim D’Aquila, managing director of Mercanti. “Todd has represented several environmental technology clients during his 15 years in banking and we are excited for Mercanti to enter this rapidly growing industry.”

Todd also has served as Chief Investment Officer of M.A.G. Capital, LLC, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm focused on providing structured growth equity to small-cap public companies. Prior to M.A.G. Capital, Todd worked at UBS Investment Bank, Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Todd has also advised clients as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a corporate attorney at Latham & Watkins. He graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a BA in History from Carleton College.
