Motorists in several Texas cities will soon be seeing a 24-foot tall Godzilla as part of the Texas Department of Transportation's annual Click It or Ticket campaign.
State troopers and local law enforcement will be out in force throughout Texas between May 18 and May 31 to ticket drivers and passengers who are not buckled up.
