Acquisition of Network Management Software Leader Reinforces Versata’s Focus on Removing Costs from IT Infrastructure Management

(AlterPoint), a leading provider of network management solutions that analyze and optimize network change, compliance, security and equipment lifecycles. AlterPoint’s network management solution, NetworkAuthority, provides intelligent, automated network change and configuration management for multi-dimensional, multi-vendor networks.
