SANTA CLARA, Calif.--()--SpectraLinear Inc., a leading provider of timing solutions for the consumer, computer and communication markets, today announced that it has raised $10M in Series C financing.

The new financing will be used for working capital and to develop new programmable products that further capitalize on SpectraLinear’s industry-leading line of timing technology products. The round included strong support from founding investors InterWest Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, and Velocity Interactive Group, and more recent investor ComVentures. New investor, Horizon Ventures, led the Series C funding.
