CSC Holdings Announces $500 Million Debt Offering
BETHPAGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CSC Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE: CVC), today announced that it is planning an offering of $500 million of senior notes to certain institutional investors in an offering exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.
CSC Holdings intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to address Cablevision’s and the company’s upcoming debt maturities.
The senior notes to be offered have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements.
