Washington Property Signs Leases Totaling 52,723 Sq. Feet at Golden Triangle in Suburban Maryland
Lease with M-NCPPC is One of the Largest in Prince George’s County for 2008
GREENBELT, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Washington Property Company (www.washproperty.com) is welcoming three new tenants, which have signed leases totaling 52,723 square feet at the company’s Golden Triangle commercial office property located in Greenbelt, MD. The Class A office complex, which includes Golden Triangle I & II, is now 86% leased.
“Golden Triangle has experienced strong leasing activity from tenants eager for Class A office space in Prince George’s County,” said Charles K. Nulsen III, president of WPC.
- In one of P.G. County’s largest lease deals for 2008, Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission will occupy 29,944 square feet on three floors at Golden Triangle I located at 7833 Walker Drive.
- General Services Administration is also taking space at Golden Triangle I, signing a lease for 9,459 square feet on the fifth floor.

- Ricoh Americas Corporation is leasing 13,320 square feet on the first floor of Golden Triangle II at 7855 Walker Drive. Gary Stein of Studley, Inc. represented the tenant, and Tim Jaeger and Todd Bosley with CB Richard Ellis as well as Marc Witowski, VP of Leasing at Washington Property represented the landlord.
Each of the two office buildings at Golden Triangle has six stories totaling approximately 122,000 square feet, and offers ample surface parking with immediate access to the Capital Beltway, Baltimore-Washington Parkway and I-95.
