Crump’s Ascensus Division Acquires Baden Retirement Plan Services

ROSELAND, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Crump Group Inc.’s Ascensus division announced that it has acquired Baden Retirement Plan Services from Clark & Wamberg LLC. Ascensus is the nation’s largest independent record keeper and administrator for retirement plans in the micro to large market segments and a leading provider of regulatory expertise, plan document services and participant enrollment support. Baden Retirement Plan Services, a third party retirement plan administrator with offices in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Indiana, serves 1,500 plan sponsors in 48 states with primarily a mid-West focus.
