Retail Systems Research’s Paula Rosenblum to Speak on the Value of Holistic Localization during Galleria’s BIG !DEAS session at the NRF Big Show 2009
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Paula Rosenblum, managing partner with Retail Systems Research (RSR), will present a BIG !DEAS session, hosted by Galleria, at the NRF Big Show to discuss customer-centric strategies that separate retail winners from laggards. The findings are based on her recent report Holistic Localization: The Value of Integrated Assortment and Space Planning. The session will take place on Monday, Jan. 12, at 11:30 a.m. EST in Expo Hall 3D05. Attendees will learn how top retailers satisfy local customers by moving away from the cookie-cutter approach to space planning and why demographic, geographic and psychographic localization are not enough to meet consumer demand. Further, she will discuss how retail winners are transitioning away from fractured planning processes toward holistic planning, space, allocation and replenishment.
