The agreement signed on May 6, 2008, provides a budget of C$5 million to undertake a program to develop the Haldimand field. The company also planned to initiate exploration work such as drilling, seismic surveys and geochemical surveys to advance the projects highlighted by Petrolia and its partners; and to sign new agreements with partners to accelerate exploration programs aimed at assessing its permit area.
