Brickfish® Appoints Social Media Expert Becky Carroll as Director of Social Media

Carroll will lead all aspects of social media marketing, including audience engagement and loyalty initiatives, social media outreach, and thought leadership.

Before joining Brickfish, Carroll was the president and founder of Petra Consulting Group, a management consultancy focused on creating “wow” customer experiences. Carroll also served as a senior consultant for Peppers and Rogers Group, spent 14 years at Hewlett Packard, most recently as the director of marketing for the UK and Ireland, and began her career at NASA/Ames Research Center. Carroll’s clients have included several Fortune 100 companies such as Electronic Arts, HP, Fujitsu and Ford. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering/computer science from the University of California Berkeley and a Masters Degree in Business Administration in marketing management from California State University East Bay.
