St. Elisabeth Hospital Tilburg Has Chosen to Partner with iMDsoft to Deploy MetaVision in Its Critical Care and Perioperative Continuum
Hospital cites MetaVision’s adaptability and successful record in The Netherlands as key factors in its decision
LEIDEN, The Netherlands--(BUSINESS WIRE)--iMDsoft announced another deal in The Netherlands: St. Elisabeth Hospital Tilburg joins other Dutch hospitals by opting for MetaVision as its clinical information system of choice. iMDsoft and ITéMedical cooperated to provide the solution.
iMDsoft’s application will be installed within a range of the hospital’s ICUs, ORs, holding, and recovery rooms, enabling St. Elisabeth to create a single-platform continuum of information throughout its entire acute care environment.
“MetaVision is a proven, reliable, quality solution for intensive care units and operating rooms. It is very user friendly, which means we can concentrate our full attention on the patient,” noted anesthetist Robbert Bremer. “It also helps us with data analysis to maximize the quality of care we offer our patients.” Peter Bijlstra, medical manager at St. Elisabeth, referred to the system’s adaptability: “MetaVision is configurable by the user, which means we don´t have to fit to the system, the system will fit to us.”
MetaVision clinical information systems feature tools for data collection and presentation, decision support and analysis, and order management across the critical care and perioperative continuum. They improve care quality, promote patient safety, enhance financial performance, support research and compliance, and help achieve sustainable market leadership.
“I am sure that St. Elisabeth will benefit from valuable information exchange with the long and growing list of Dutch members of the MetaVision community," said Phyllis Gotlib, CEO and co-founder of iMDsoft. "For nearly a decade, medical centers in the Netherlands have been using MetaVision to provide much improved care for their patients. The experience these hospitals have gained over the years constitutes a rich knowledge resource for new sites in Europe and the rest of the world.”
