SeaMobile Expands Its Geolink Access Network

PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SeaMobile Europe is installing the latest 5IF iDirect Hub, building upon its current network infrastructure in the EMEA zone, increasing capabilities for customer VSAT networks.

With the collaboration of iDirect and Eutelsat, SeaMobile has deployed a hub in Turin, Italy using the latest iDirect technology, DVB-S2 with ACM (Adaptive Coding and Modulation) and an Evolution X3 Router. SeaMobile is maintaining its position as a leader in satellite IP connectivity. The establishment of this hub at the Eutelsat Skypark teleport in Turin, allows Geolink Access to access satellites W3A, W6, AB1, AB3, Telstar 12, Eurobird3, Seasat2.
