LiveDeal Integrates Directory Into Its Suite of Services

(NASDAQ:LIVE), which combines classifieds, Internet Yellow Pages directory and best of breed customer acquisition services for small businesses announced today tighter integration of its national and local business directories with its classified and direct sales operations. The move is another step in the company’s developing strategy of delivering the most effective suite of Internet customer acquisition services to small businesses.

As of November 18, LiveDeal’s business directory will move to the URL yellowpages.livedeal.com and will be known as LiveDeal YellowPages: America’s Local Directory.

LiveDeal's product focus has expanded to include a more robust suite of services designed to help small businesses use the Internet effectively to acquire customers, versus a focus on sales of standalone directory listings. These expanded services include directories, classified based products, web site creation, traffic development and other analytical and Return-on-investment (ROI) driven products.

As a result of the ongoing strategic shift, LiveDeal will end its use of the yp.com product name and has sold the URL www.yp.com to YellowPages.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T (NYSE: T).
