Acesis Announces Breakthrough Software to Measure Doctor Performance and Reduce Medical Errors

The software will improve patient care by automating the medical peer review process while ensuring the security and confidentiality requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

The review of one physician by another of similar experience and training is a hospital and government-mandated form of quality control and the primary means by which patient care is monitored and improved.
