BioImagene Appoints Former GE Healthcare Executive as Global Customer Care Executive for Digital Pathology Customers

CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BioImagene, the leading provider of innovative and scalable digital pathology solutions, appointed Rajeev Agarwal as Vice President, Global Customer Care.

Rajeev will spearhead efforts to develop a world class infrastructure to provide BioImagene customers the best experience from pre-sales to post implementation, with round the clock support and service after the systems have been installed. By developing innovative approaches to customer care the company hopes to provide both proactive and reactive customer care to enhance user experience. Rajeev will also have the added responsibility of driving BioImagene’s strategy for developing the emerging digital pathology market in Asia.

Prior to joining BioImagene, Rajeev worked at GE Healthcare for over 7 years in the HealthCare IT and Diagnostic Imaging businesses. He received GE India’s prestigious President and CEO award for demonstrating Growth Trait Clear Thinking and Leadership in 2006. In GE Healthcare he worked in various functions like R&D, Market Development and Services, and incubation of new opportunities in emerging markets. Rajeev also managed 8 product lines in the clinical information systems domain with R&D teams in India, China and Korea for the US and Asian markets.
