MyLeadTracker
MyLeadTracker (formerly MyOpportunityTracker) has been enhanced to include next-generation sales leads, alerting resellers to potential hardware and software upgrade opportunities, including more environmentally friendly alternatives and replacements for product no longer produced or supported by manufacturers or software publishers. The distributor is working closely with its vendor partners to identify next-generation sales opportunities and provide those leads exclusively to Tech Data customers.

MyLicenseTracker
Tech Data recently enhanced MyLicenseTracker by adding automated software license key resends for CheckPoint, Corel, Diskeeper, Kaspersky, Parallels and VMware. Other vendors supported by the tool include Acronis, IBM, Microsoft, Novell, Nuance, Red Hat, Symantec and Trend Micro.
MyLicenseTracker enables resellers to log on to www.techdata.com 24 hours a day to obtain software license keys lost, deleted or accidentally blocked as e-mail spam. Leveraging Tech Data’s extensive data mining capabilities, MyLicenseTracker helps resellers retrieve license keys by searching their software order history by purchase order, Tech Data sales order, invoice number or date range. Once the correct order is identified, the tool generates an e-mail containing the original license key and order confirmation details. Resellers can send that e-mail directly to their end-user customer or forward it themselves.
MyOrderTracker
MyOrderTracker is a free, private-label order-tracking tool. More than 15,000 resellers leverage MyOrderTracker each month to distribute more than 245,000 e-mails notifying employees and customers of the status of orders placed through Tech Data. Increased visibility into each order’s status enables resellers to more efficiently coordinate staff deployment for product installation and speed up billing cycles by using MyOrderTracker shipping notifications to initiate the invoicing process.
