Microsoft extends use of DealBuilder and licenses Business Integrity’s latest generation of DealBuilder
The world's leading document assembly and contract automation system
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leveraging the success of its existing DealBuilder document assembly system for generating End User License Agreements (EULAs), Microsoft is licensing the new DealBuilder 3 system for EULAs and new document assembly projects in its Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) division.
Additionally, Microsoft is licensing Business Integrity's DealBuilder ContractExpress 3 contract lifecycle management solution to enhance the process of creating and managing EULAs and other contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Andy Wishart, Business Integrity's CTO, commented, "It's always great when a customer extends its existing license. It shows that DealBuilder has delivered on its promise of improving business processes and that Business Integrity's support and development team has achieved the high standards of customer support expected by world class organizations such as Microsoft".
Andy continued, "DealBuilder 3 is Business Integrity's new generation of document assembly and contract lifecycle management products, which leverage the enhanced capabilities of Word 2007, SharePoint 2007, and the Office Open XML standard. Microsoft described DealBuilder 2 as "a generation ahead", so it's very pleasing to have Microsoft license the next generation DealBuilder 3".
Business Integrity (www.business-integrity.com) develops and markets the DealBuilder legal document assembly and contract automation system. DealBuilder is used by the world's leading law firms and major corporations in the US and internationally to reduce the time and cost of doing business by accelerating the creation and approval of compliant sales contracts, and by improving the management of those contracts throughout their lifecycle.
