Oncor Schedules Third Quarter Earnings Call

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oncor has scheduled a conference call on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008 to discuss its third quarter operational and financial results. Oncor plans to release its third quarter results in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which is expected to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by 7:00 a.m. CST on Nov. 6, 2008.

On Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. Central (9:30 a.m. Eastern), Oncor will host a conference call to discuss its third quarter results with its investors. The call will be webcast live at www.oncor.com under the News tab in the Investor Information section. A replay will be available on the website later that day for those unable to participate in the live event.
