Fourth straight quarter of strong growth

Following the strong growth of the first half year at 30%, Hologram. Industries reported another increase in amounts invoiced in the 3^rd quarter of 2008, at €6.9M versus €5.0M for the same period in the prior year.

For the first nine months period, sales volume recorded for new business amounted to €4.8M, reaching above the €3.3M recorded for the entire year in 2007.

Growth was based primarily upon the identity document sector which doubled when compared to the prior year and now represents 46% of sales for the total period, followed by vehicle identification (28%) and brand name protection (17%).

The Group financial structure remains very strong. Cash, net of debts, amounted to €8M as of June 30, 2008 with shareholders’ equity in the amount of €16.9M. Profitability continues to benefit from the high level of activity.

Asia fully confirmed its status as a growth region with sales as of September 30^th amounting to €5.1M versus €1.3M for the same period in 2007.

Confirmation of 2008 objectives

Hologram. Industries expects its second half of 2008 to be at an historically high level. After taking into account the unfavorable effect of the very high level of business recorded at the end of 2007 (€6.6M in Q4-07), full year growth is expected to exceed 20%. Profitability should continue to benefit from the high volume of activity.

Hologram. Industries thus confirms its objectives for profitable growth, its pursuit of geographic expansion and the consolidation of its leadership position in identification.
